Background

Education & credentials.

  • B.A. — Florida State University · pre-law focus.
  • Juris Doctor (in progress) — currently enrolled.
  • Working knowledge of FCRA (15 U.S.C. § 1681), CROA (15 U.S.C. § 1679), and FDCPA.

02

Role

Role at Tier One Access.

  • Joined Tier One Access in 2022 as a sales representative.
  • Moved off phones into dedicated casework within the first few months.
  • Promoted to Chief Operating Officer — oversees day-to-day firm operations.
  • Point of contact for Tier One Access's dealership and financing partnerships.
  • Lead specialist on the firm's most complex client files — multi-bureau collection disputes, chain-of-custody challenges, statutory violations.

03

Areas of focus

Specialization on client files.

  • Statute-based dispute construction — arguments drawn from the specific FCRA or CROA violation on the file, not templates.
  • Collection account negotiation — direct creditor and collector engagement, pay-for-delete and goodwill work.
  • Inquiry challenges — pushes back on unauthorized and non-permissible-purpose pulls under FCRA § 1681b.
  • Chain-of-custody challenges — verifies the paper trail on transferred debts and unassigned collection accounts.
  • Client operations — direct communication with every client; no queues, no ticket numbers.

04

Approach

How he reads a file.

Reads credit files the way a lawyer reads a brief: every tradeline is a chain of custody, every collection has a paper trail, every dispute is a legal argument constructed from applicable statute — not a template letter.

Where template-based shops send the same letter to every client, Sebastian's arguments are drafted from scratch to the specific inaccuracy or violation on the file in question. The bureaus and furnishers make the final call — his job is to make sure the argument is airtight before it goes out.

Individual outcomes vary by file. Nothing on this page constitutes a guarantee of any specific result.
