Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information G&M Vantage Solutions LLC, doing business as Tier One Access (“Tier One Access,” “we”) collects, how it is used and tracked, and with whom it is shared.
1. Information we collect
- Forms on this website: your name, email, phone number, what you’re working toward, preferred call time or booking time, an approximate credit-score range (partner pages only), any referral code, whether you consented to calls, and your browser’s user-agent string.
- When you become a client: the information needed to deliver our services, which can include your address, date of birth, Social Security number, credit reports and account details, and copies of identification and correspondence.
- Payments: card payments are processed by our payment processor. Card numbers are not collected or stored on this website.
- Calls and emails: records of our communications with you.
2. How information is tracked
This website does not use advertising pixels or analytics tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and are hosted on Google Firebase. Those services receive your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the page. Form submissions are stored in our Google Firebase database.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your request and schedule your consultation.
- To provide the services in your agreement, such as reviewing reports, preparing and sending disputes, arranging tradelines and coordinating sourcing.
- To send you service updates and, if you agree, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from.
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
4. Who we share it with
- Credit bureaus and creditors when we send disputes you have authorized.
- Service providers who help us operate: Google (website hosting and database), Resend (booking emails), our payment processor, and our phone and email providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Dealers, lenders and tradeline account holders only when you ask us to work with them on your behalf.
- Legal requirements: when the law, a court order or a regulator requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. If you sign up for IdentityIQ through our link, IdentityIQ collects your information under its own privacy policy.
5. Security and retention
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your information, and we limit access to staff who need it. We keep client records as long as required to provide services and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or destroy them securely.
6. Your choices
- Withdraw call consent or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

7. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
